What About My Employees?

Remember, your employees that are members always have access to our Care Logistics line with access to telehealth visits 24/7/365 in English & Spanish. Currently, we are offering telehealth services for non-members with an active employer account for concerns related to the cornavirus & flu. Non-members can call 888-407-7928 and let them know they are a non-member with an active employer and our providers will visit with them by phone.

What is Redirect Health Doing?

Anyone on our team who is feeling unwell has been encouraged to work from home or to take time off to get better regardless of their illness. Anyone who has a family member at home who is sick with anything contagious will be asked to take time away to care for them and to minimize the risk to others. 

  • Always call/text Redirect Health at 888-407-7928 or use your app when you are feeling ill.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds or with alcohol based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your nose and mouth.
  • Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing with a tissue or your sleeve. Always make sure to discard used tissues in the waste and wash your hands afterwards.
  • Stay home if you are feeling sick.
  • And lastly – be kind, be happy, and don’t freak out
